The mobile version of the King-Devick Test in association with Mayo Clinic normally will sync on its own while connected to Wi-Fi, but in the event it does not sync or you are unsure, you may need to manually sync the app to upload test records. Syncing does require a Wi-Fi connection. See Checking Wi-Fi Connectivity for more information if you are receiving a network error when trying to sync.

  1. Tap the menu button (3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen to slide out the menu.

  3. In order to commence a Manual Sync, press the Sync Button indicated by the circular refresh icon (highlighted by the red box). If your tablet synced successfully you will see the time the tablet last synced displayed. If an issue syncing was encountered due to a network error, you will see a message saying "Network Connectivity Problem." Alternatively, if the tablet is unable to sync due to data conflicts, you will see "Sync Error" instead.

    In the case of a Sync Error it is recommended you contact help@kingdevick.com or call 844-606-7513 for assistance, and it is not advised to continue use of the app as it may lead to potential data loss.”
