All articles for the Reading Acceleration Program and Recovery Acceleration Program will use the terminology "Group," "User," and "Subject" though if you are an academic user, the terminology within the app will be "Class," "Instructor," and "Student." In most cases the functionality will be the same, and if there is any difference it will be outlined within the article itself

NOTE: Archiving a subject is not a feature that is available for RAP at Home Users

    Licenses for RAP are on a per subject basis and are valid for 1 year from the time the subject is created. Once the subject is created, the license is consumed. When a subject reaches the end of their license they are archived automatically. Archived subjects can be viewed and edited, but cannot practice or take an assessment. A subject can be manually archived early if they are no longer participating in the program. If the subject's license still has time left the subject may be re-activated witout using a license until 1 year has passed from the day the subject was created. Archived subjects can only be viewed if you enable "Show Archived Subjects" below the subject list as pictured below.

  1. In order to Archive a subject, navigate to that subject and select edit. (NOTE: archiving a subject does not free up their license).

  3. Once on the "Edit Subject" page, press "Archive" and the subject will be removed from the list of subjects unless "Show Archived Subjects" is enabled or the subject is re-activated.

  5. In order to activate an archived or expired subject simply navigate to that subject with "Show Archived Subjects" enabled and there will be an "Activate" button in place of the practice button. Press it to activate.

  7. If activating the subject will consume a license (i.e. they were activated more than a year ago) then you will be presented with this pop-up confirming a license will be used.
