A Snapshot creates a backup of the offline data from your iPad or Android tablet to ensure that no data is lost. When having issues with the app, often times support will ask you to provide a snapshot of the data on your device.
- Start by going to the settings menu, which can be accessed by pressing the 3 lines button in the top left as highlighted in red in the screenshot below.
- From there select the Settings Button.
- Select the Diagnostics Button in settings.
- From there select the Send Snapshot button and the information will be transmitted to our support team for review.
