King-Devick Test in association with Mayo Clinic

Test Records that have been deleted CANNOT be recovered. Proceed with caution.

  1. Click More and then Settings from the dropdown menu.

  2. Toggle the Delete Test Records option to on, and then click the K-D logo or Teams to return to the Teams page.

  3. Navigate to the Subject with the Test Record you wish to delete, and click on the red trash can icon next to the Test Record.

  4. Enter the reason for deleting the Test Record and click Remove to complete the process. Once you click this button the process.

  5. The Subject's Baseline Status will be updated and will return to the state it was in prior to the deleted Test being administered.
